What you share with us

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, the service you’re interested in, and a message about your project. You can also choose to share your company name. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in your message.

How we use it

Cactus Club Creative uses this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and follow up on our conversation. Sending an inquiry doesn’t sign you up for a newsletter. We don’t sell your contact information.

Who helps us process it

We use trusted service providers to operate the website and deliver your inquiry:

• DreamHost hosts the website and processes the form submission.
• Resend delivers your message to our team by email. Your submitted details are included in that email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that submissions are legitimate and helps prevent spam. It may process technical information such as your IP address and browser or device information.

Our email provider also processes and stores the messages we receive. These providers may process information outside your country under their own privacy terms.

Technical information & security

Hosting and security services may record technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the site. The form also uses a temporary identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions.

We use encrypted connections and server-side protections for the form. We don’t save inquiries in a website database; they are delivered to our email inbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages as needed to respond, maintain relevant project or business correspondence, and meet any legal obligations. Copies may also remain in service-provider logs or backups according to their retention practices.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared, or to stop following up. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We’ll respond to requests in accordance with applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
